Designer Web Site Inclusions:

  • Up to 3 Site Revisions.

(At the Design Concepts stage; with allowance for minor adjustment at later stages of development.)

  • Cursory Proof Reading of content texts.

(With minor necessary alterations.)

  • Image resizing & optomising where necessary.

(Other image work is charged at our standard hourly rate. With a minimum fee of $10.)

  • Up to 20 hyperlinks per page.

(Not including the in-site navigation links.)

  • Keyword generation

(To help with search engine ranking.)

  • Site testing.

(Using several different browsers)

  • Site Uploading

(To the server of your choice.)

  • Site submission to some of the top search engines.

 

  • Plus An Informational Resource Report.

(Detailing some free & inexpensive online resources and other info to help you take

advantage of some FREE, and inexpensive, promotional sites, hosting/domain sites.)

 

The Process:

 

  •  You contact us detailing your web site requirements.

(We can work together to sort out your web site needs if you're not sure.)

 

  • We contact you and begin the process.

(Collecting information etc.)

 

  • You pay your deposit.

(Once it clears and we have your final go ahead, we begin working on your site.)

 

  • We email you your report.

(It contains information on FREE & inexpensive resources that you might find useful.)

 

  • Soon after we present some web site concepts for you to choose from.

(You may request alterations at this stage.)

 

  • We construct your site according to your requirements.

(Offering you the chance to make up to three (3) revisions. Additional revisions/alterations will incur extra fees)

 

  • We make your requested changes.

(If applicable.)

 

  • You pay the remaining balance owing on your web site.

(Once you are happy with your site.)

 

  • We upload your site to the server of your choice.

(When your payment has cleared.)

What We Need From You:

 

  • You will need to supply the copy (text) for your Designer Site.

(You are the one who knows your business best, so it would be best if you could write your web site copy yourself, but if this is a problem, we offer copywriting as an add on service, charged at $30.00/hour with a minimum charge of $10.00.)

 

  • Imagery for your site if you wish to include images.

(You can purchase some of our royalty free stock images, or if you are in Tasmania, you may be interested in our DigiPicture Service.

 

  • Your business colours, logo, image, plus other relevant information.

(These are not essential, but if you don't have them and you would like to enlist our help to develop them, please contact us for details.)

 

  • You will need to organise some hosting for your new Web Site.

(You're report will have some further information about this.)

 

  • We recommend that you register a domain name for your web site.

(Your report will have some further information about this.)

 

  • You will need to pay a $50 - $100 deposit before we begin work on your site.  

The final amount of deposit will depend on the size of your project, and you will be informed of the final amount after our initial consultation/s.  This deposit is refundable until we receive the final go-ahead email from you.  More information will be available in our emails to you, or you may contact us with any questions now.
